Our Pet Policy
- Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
- No Weight Limit
- 1 Time Refundable Pet Deposit - $250 per Pet
- 1 Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $250 Per Pet
- Monthly Pet Rent - $35 per Pet or $60 for Two
- Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.
